Veterinarian Who Paints
Studying, Healing, Honoring, Serving
the Bond between Humans and the Animals of our world
-From veterinarian to artist, I have spent my life studying, healing, honoring and serving the connection between humans and the animals of our world.
-I paint in watercolor and oil paint focusing on the beauty of the horse, dog, cat and captivating wildlife
-I am blessed to paint custom pet portraits for you and have a passion for painting memorial paintings, honoring the image and the heart of your loved and lost companion
-I graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science, followed by a Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine
-I opened a small animal veterinary practice and shared that time of my life with wonderful clients and employees, focused on healing the four legged members of the family . I sold my practice to focus on raising the two legged members of my own family.
-I live with my amazing and handsome husband who works as an equine veterinarian, we met many years ago in school. I have two grown children, one crazy, rescued Australian Shepherd, and just the sweetest, old, sorrel Quarter Horse gelding, that my daughter used to ride and show in their younger years.
-When not in my studio, I enjoy travel, riding my horse, gardening, growing succulents, feeding the hummingbirds, and I am to learning to wake surf!
-You are welcome to join me as I continue to serve the animal world with color and paintbrush. Join my e-mail list to stay up to date with new art and animal happenings in the studio
